Paris - Berlin 1987 - 2007
To mark the 20th anniversary of the twinning of Paris and Berlin, both cities organized numerous events that took place from early summer to late autumn.
This intensive cultural exchange involved concerts, guest performances and other live events, as well as exhibition such as the presentation of Parisian Design in the Große Halle of the Märkisches Museum (“Design Reference”, 20th September to 4th November). From 2nd October to 17th December 2007 Kulturprojekte Berlin GmbH presented a selection of exemplary names in the Berlin Design scene, in the exhibition “Le Berlin des Créaturs” in the Galerie VIA in Paris; providing an overview of current trends and different facets of the design scene.
